Dobin was asking Doris why she had bought two sheep skin rugs. She  wanted to put them on a new sofa .Its the fashion she said. Dobin thought it was a little wasteful then  he popped over to whole foods to buy a small packet of ham at £18 for tea, Mmmmmm thought Doris thinking the word wasteful was now with a different meaning all together .

Doris said to Dobin  today  that due to moving  soon, and the stress involved with that , let alone a little excitement, Doris felt her Spirits were a bit Low. .
Without a thought, Dobin rushed to the fridge and brought back Doris  a GinMare ,with a Fever Tree Tonic, ice and a slice of lemon, and with out the pips.
 Dobin was pleased that he had managed to  raise Doris's Spirits without too much effort this time

Doris and Dobin went to Wales again at the weekend and Doris with  her usual wisdom said while  driving  over the Severn Bridge "Its  a very long bridge isn't it Dobin , Its a wonder it reaches the other side . Dobin thinking Doris is having a Blonde moment and  said without taking his eyes off the road " well Doris if it did not reach the other side it would be a pier wouldn't it. Doris thinks Dobin is so bright at times lovingly.

Doris was getting ready for work when she suddenly  said to Dobin that  she would rather  lay down in a dark room. Dobin said to Doris we will see  what develops later ,thinking he may be in luck.

Dobin says to Doris she is looking a bit pale .Doris suddenly broke into song with I'm feeling mellow yellow as she got into the shower  to get ready for work  and  thinking  a sun tan is not fashionable
